We Wear Many Hats Art Show at Jimmy’s Barber Garage
September 14 – November 15
What is the artwork about?
Women’s struggle to have it all and hold it all together. The teetering balance between the mental load we bear in addition to our careers and passions. Sometimes we balance it gracefully, and sometimes things get weird.
How is the artwork made?
Heather searches for open source photos online, preferring portraits of women who are looking directly at the camera. These images are printed onto waterslide decal paper, sprayed with a waterproof layer of clear acrylic then dampened and collaged over abstract painted and collaged backgrounds.
How can I purchase the artwork?
Venmo amount and title to @tenaciousgoods
