Shipping & Pickup
Shipping within the United States is included in pricing. If you want to ship outside fo the US please get in touch with me. I am the one personally packing and shipping your order and I’ll have it in the mail within 3 days unless I’m out of town or there is some other delay in which case, I’ll email you to let you know. Once the shipment is in transit I will send you a tracking number.
My studio is located about 6 miles south of downtown Sacramento, in some cases an in-person or porch delivery is easier. Please get in touch with me at email@example.com to schedule a pickup or possible drop off. All sales final once you take possession of the item.
Cancelations & Returns
I am proud of my work and want to you enjoy your purchase. If you are not happy with the artwork please let me know. Each case is unique.
You may cancel an order for any reason within 24 hours so long as I have not shipped it out to you. Once the item is shipped, the cancellation will be considered a return. You are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within 10 business days after the package is received. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the returned artwork in the same condition as it was sent I will process your refund. If the item is damaged during shipping please let me know and we can discuss a solution.
