Sacramento Open Studios 2019

Thank you three thousand! We had such a great weekend.

Over 130 kind souls came to tour my new studio for the Sacramento Open Studios Tour on September 14-15. Many got nose-to-art close to the detail in artful wanderings and saw how they translate into larger prints on canvas (need wall art?).

The smell of ink on newly printed tees wafted through the space ad I printed on demand for those who brought a garment. Some went home with tiny fridge art assemblage magnets, perused works on paper; some took home art that struck their fancy.

My special guest Leslie Colby from Backyard Art Academy brought her “canned ham” art trailer named Wilson where folks made and/or purchase tie dyed, and ice dyed fabric goodies.

Kids are always welcome, light refreshments were served, cash and credit cards joyfully accepted.
