Boycott the capitalist machine – bring clothes to give and grab what you like. Sit for a spell and meet a new friend. Remaining items will be donated.

Where to Park?

There is paid street parking on K St but some free 2-hour parking on adjacent streets. Larger drop offs can be made behind the building in Kayak Alley, behind/next to The Jacqueline, between 21st and 22nd. Early drop offs can be arranged with Heather.

What clothes can I bring?

Bring at least 1 bag of clothes – shoes and accessories like jewelry, hats, and scarves are ok. Please dont bring kids clothes, soiled, torn, or dirty items, books, or household items. Remaining items will be donated to charity. Have a charity to recommend? Let me know.

What food or drinks can I bring?

Whatever you like! Please label any possible allergens or vegan/vegetarian items. Please bring serving utensils and or napkins, plates, cups etc. We will have some on hand but could use your help.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! Unless we totally run out of space!

What is this place?

We are art studios, a gallery and community learning space just opened in February 2025. Some art studios may be open for visits during the swap.

Where/How can I try on clothes?

Wear undergarments that you dont mind showing, like a swimsuit, bike shorts, sports bra/tank so you can easily try things on in a communal changing space. There are 3 private bathrooms if you need to fit-check items but please ensure folks can use the facilities as needed.
