Sac Open Studios 2023

SEPTEMBER 9 – SEPTEMBER 10, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM BOTH DAYS

Join us for shopping, art demos, snacks and shopping in South Land Park near Belle Cooledge Library where six local artists have teamed up for an art party! Local artists Dawn Pedersen, Pam Posz, Nathan Coldwater, Linsey Martin, and Melanie Bown will be showing art at the home of fellow artist Heather Hogan at her home at 5920 Annrud Way on September 9th and 10th. This is the fourth year artists have teamed up at this location for Sac Open Studios.

The artists will each run demonstrations of their art methods on both Saturday and Sunday.

Verge’s largest public program, Sac Open Studios spotlights the diverse range of artists who fill our region with art and culture. The central piece of Sac Open Studios is a self-guided artist studio tour which spans all of Sacramento County, West Sacramento and Woodland and takes place annually during the middle two weekends of September. The tour attracts about 250 participating artists and around 30,000 attendees annually.
